Kevin's new heights: 92 pounds down
Kevin was tired of being tired. His 3XL shirts and 44” waist pants no longer fit comfortably, and everything in his body hurt. Living in Colorado, he felt frustrated that he couldn’t take advantage of the hiking, biking, and outdoor activities right outside his door.
His weight was affecting every part of his life — from his job, personal life, everyday activities, and even his sleep. His doctor warned him it was time to make a change.
Taking charge
Kevin wanted to be there for his wife and kids, and he knew it was time to prioritize his health. Back in 2014, he had lost 150 pounds with another program, but the results didn’t last — the methods weren’t sustainable, and the weight came back.
That’s when he thought of GOLO. The commercials had stuck with him, so he decided to give it a try.
“The research that went into GOLO and its products was what really set it apart for me.”
The plateaus and the peaks
Within about two weeks, Kevin noticed a difference — especially in his energy. That’s when he knew GOLO was working. He credits the research behind each solution and the accessibility of the products as what set this journey apart from past attempts.
He stayed consistent, even through plateaus, and continued taking Release®. About two months in, his boss noticed his transformation — a moment that reinforced his progress.
Kevin’s route to success
Kevin has lost 92 lbs in 17 months. Since finding GOLO, his life has changed in ways that go far beyond the scale.
His health is better, his energy has improved, and he’s now able to stay active — hiking and biking through the mountains of Colorado. He eats regularly throughout the day, continues taking Release, and also uses Go-Digest®. He’s even incorporated GOLO Foods® into his routine.
At 48, Kevin says GOLO has given him a second chance at life — he’s now able to do things he couldn’t do in his 20s.
Looking back
One of the biggest changes has been his relationship with food. Instead of restriction, he’s learned moderation.
Before, he avoided activities that involved movement — even simple things like shopping. Now, he moves with ease, feels comfortable in his clothes, and no longer gets winded doing everyday tasks.
He’s most proud of one thing: staying consistent through both the highs and the challenges.
Advice from a Champion
If Kevin could give advice to his past self, it would be simple: take that first step. To others struggling with weight, his message is clear: “Give it a try. You have nothing to lose other than weight!”
