GOLO offers a risk-free, 60-day money-back guarantee on your first order of supplements or fitness products. The guarantee begins on the day you receive your order and is limited to one return per customer per item.

How quickly will my order arrive?
Most GOLO orders ship within 1–4 business days, with free shipping on all U.S. orders. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.
Orders normally arrive 2–5 business days after shipping. Need it sooner? Some orders offer a FedEx 2-Business-Day option for an additional fee.
Shipping to Canada costs $25, which covers the cost of duty and taxes. Delivery time is typically 5-10 business days.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, FedEx 2-Business-Day shipping is available on select orders for an additional fee.
If you choose 2-day shipping, we’ll do our best to ship it out the same day whenever possible. Keep in mind that expedited shipping isn’t available for every order, and orders placed later in the day or over the weekend may ship the next business day.

Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?
Yes, GOLO orders can be shipped to a P.O. Box. The only item that cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box is GOLO Foods.

All GOLO orders include online tracking, which is sent in your shipping confirmation email.

What is the GOLO return policy?
GOLO offers a 60-day return window for eligible supplements and fitness products.
If you’d like to make a return within the 60-day return limit, contact us first to get a return authorization number and instructions. You can reach our Customer Support team at 1-800-730-4656 (Option 5) or email support@golo.com.
To receive a full refund, all items included in your order need to be returned. If some items are missing, you may receive a partial refund, but refunds can’t be issued if nothing is returned.
Once your return is approved, it must be postmarked within the timeframe provided in your return instructions.
GOLO cannot accept returned food products or offer refunds. If your food order arrives damaged or is incorrect, GOLO will be happy to send a replacement order or work with you on a resolution.

How can I get/activate a free myGOLO® account?
